My fitness journey started with boxing. I was a skinny kid, who didn’t belong anywhere. I was bullied during most of my youth. I just wanted to be stronger, both physically and mentally.
Boxing showed me that fitness was the answer to everything. It was the way out of this blackhole that I was constantly in. It taught me everything from self discipline to hard work and humbleness.
Boxing eventually moved into lifting weights where I picked up CrossFit and soon fell in love with that sport as well. I started competing in competitions all over Ontario. CrossFit taught me that you can mentally push through every barrier that you believe is possible.
I wanted to share my passion for fitness with the world. I wanted to help as many people become the best versions of themselves as possible.
